Do they make a guitar capo that can selectively capo individual strings?

Question:I.e., suppose you wanted to capo only the 5th string and 3rd string and have the others open, etc.

I know you can do this with a Hipshot bridge, but a capo would be way cool and less expensive.

I used to have to have a capo just for G B E, so i took an ExactoKnife and cut out the half that would cover the other three strings and filed the plastic back as to not block the strings. That was back in my less creative days, now they DO make half capos and such, or you can cut on a $10 one. Either way, it should keep ya covered.
