What should a person do? Or where should a person go if they wanted to study act

If you are really serious, you want to go to L.A., and attend either UCLA or USC. They both have drama departments that teach filmaking skills like: acting, writing, and directing. And if college isn't your thing, L.A. is full of independent acting coaches.

Look into taking classes at a community college in your area, or see if there are any community classes that are offered through a local theatre. I am going to look into taking classes myself and that is the route I plan to take. Good luck!
