There is sheet music for the various themes. As with most move scores, I am sure there are watered down versions available at your local music store. A quick search will reveal a few dozen online stores that sell books of Harry Potter music.

Talk to your band teacher (if you are still in school or performing), they may be able to order an arrangement for band that you can play.
