you can play piano on your guitar but you need to convert your guitar into a midi interface, which is rare but it works, check out some roland midi pickup. once you have midi interface with your guitar you can play any instrument with your guitar, from piano to strings or drums.

i use a digitech rp350... which is top of their range... it doesnt do piano, sound like you need a midi controller interface...
