A chromatic scale is composed entirely of half-steps. It is always the same no matter what note you start on. If she already knows the chromatic scale based off a different note, she just needs to do the same- starting and ending on Bb. It is:

Bb - B - C - C#/Db - D - D#/Eb - E - F - F#/Gb - G - G#/Ab - A - Bb


It is the same regardless of instrument. It would only vary if she needed to play it as a "concert Bb chromatic scale", then it would be:

C - C#/Db - D - D#/Eb - E - F - F#/Gb - G - G#/Ab - A - Bb - B - C
