Any programs where u can type in musical notes?

Finale Notepad. It's at finale.com and if you like Notepad(which is free) you can upgrade to a different version(which costs money.)

Try Sibelius. It is easy to use; my 9-year-old grandson uses it all the time for composing and arranging. It is also fairly comprehensive. Depending on how sophisticated you need to be, it comes in a complete version & a student version. For most uses the cheaper student version will be fine.

As well as typing in the notes, you can play back the results - which is useful, as it's a lot easier to spot a musical misprint with th ear than with the eye.
