There are two main "clefs" or staffs. Bass & Treble. This is used in music notation to show a distinction of the range you're playing in. Bass is the lower of the 2.

Go on google and type in this : scales on a b flat trombone....go to the fifth site down and try that...there's also lots of other sites to go for information on this subject.....over twenty....good luck and I hope that you find what you looking for !!!!!

Your question is a little ambiguous. It sounds like you could be asking what the notes are on the bass staff. If that's the case the lines (from lowest to highest) are G B D F A and the spaces (from lowest to highest) are A C E G.

The trombone is a non transposing instrument, this mean that notes are the same as the concert key.

They never teach much in band practice. You are expected to already know how to play before joining a band. I recommend taking private lessons.
