Position:Home>Performing Arts> Which music instrument is you usually use to play for romantic music?

Question:soft piano or violin.

Best Answer - Chosen by Asker: soft piano or violin.

harp or violin is quite romantic

guitar, cello

His/her favorite instrument - even if it's a tuba.

Personally, I like to play piano, and music from the romantic period. For music to be romantic to - pretty well anything soft and instrumental. Background music that doesn't eclipse more important matters happening in the central arena

I don't think it really matters what instrument you play, just as long as its romantic.
But if you are still stuck, piano is always nice, or violin, or a harp,. =]] hope that helps

Acoustic guitar if its played properly

saxophone or french horn

If you want serious passionate romance nothing beats the French horn, but if you want mushy romance you have to go with a sappy violin.

Well for me it's, classical guitar, violin, cello, piano, and sax.

Wow...... no offence.....but its like asking what food do you eat when you are feeling romantic....

But seriously, to give a short answer to your question: harp.

Piano can be used for classical music or slow jazz, harp, violin is often used to create soaring melodies especially with a full orchestra behind the section. Most all of the stringed instruments, if used correctly, can make beautiful romantic music. Classical guitar is also good, especially if you add a Spanish flavor. Saxophone is great for a slow jazz tune. Flute is good too. Vocal music can also be beautiful and romantic.

It isn't so much your instrument choice as how you use it that makes a romantic piece. Romantic music can be found in orchestral pieces, celtic, slow jazz, classical guitar, show tunes, etc. Most every genre has it's own style of romantic music.
