What are some songs that sound hard to play on guitar but are actually easy?

Question:I have recently began playing guitar again after a 4 year hiatus. Recommend some easy songs I should start out with to learn again..I tend to prefer any type of rock, from Lifehouse to Metallica

Green Day has some that sound cool but I'm talking about the chords....you didn't say if you meant lead or chords, one of my favorites is Boulevard of dreams...if you go on youtube you can hear this played by a lot of different people....I play and teach classical, acoustic, and fingerstyle....I think a lot of fingerstyle guitar sounds hard but isn't....go on youtube and type in this, " Peo Kindgren play Tears in Heaven," and "Yesterday by the Beatles"....sounds great but isn't that hard....there both in a book called, "The Very Best of Fingerstyle Guitar", by Hal Leonard...the book is in tab, music notation, lead, and the chords....you can get this at Sam Ash....I think finger style makes a better impression then just playing chords...sounds so good, but isn't hard to learn !!!!!!!!!!
