Position:Home>Performing Arts> If there's a wheelchair-bound comedian, is it still called "stand-up&qu

Question:If he/she is there to do there comic routine, that shows they are standing tall with their present life situation (s).
For those that who choose to feel sorry for them when they don't want pity, should sit down or crawl under a rock.

YES!!! And that wheelchair-bound individual can go out later, after their set, and "kick it".

I'm sick of the disabled jokes and the disabled smart remarks. People like you make it hard for disabled people to live happliy along side everyone else.
You show your complete ignorance and stupidity in asking this question.
Remember, you never know if one day it might be you in a wheel chair.

Of course it is, it doesn't mean literally standing up....it just means that your on the stage on your own giving a comedy bit....what else would you call it, a "sit down " bit....I don't think so !!!!!!
