Go to a thrift store, or look on http://www.shopgoodwill.com/ and pick up a cheap-o electronic keyboard--a Casio or Panasonic or some such. Make sure it's a model that has a lot of pre-recorded electronic drum tracks on it. That's what I've done, and it can be fun--rock on bro!

Honestly, the best thing to practice to is a metronome. Recorded live drum beats are riddled with subtle time changes, no matter how good the performer is. Let's face it, humans are far from perfect. Even if you find or create mechanical drum loops, you are just limiting yourself to stay within the box of each particular beat. Learning how to count out your own playing is a huge advantage that really shouldn't be overlooked, and lets you completely explore the extent of your own creativity. However if you insist on playing now instead of playing well, just search for drum, percussion, midi, and/or any other related keywords on download.com and you'll find dozens of useless programs for just that task.
