Im just starting to play guitar 3 days from now.but my skill still no good.is it

Question:how long did it take for beginner like me to get used with guitar?how long did it take for me to change chord with quick for example C chord to G chord.im slow at changing chord and my fret finger hurt a little and my little finger(5th finger) is hard to control for fretting.so once again,how long did it take for me to at least change the guitar chord with ease.to any experienced guitarist out there please help me.

dont worry. learning guitar happens in threshold designed learning curves. You will get the basic chords down with practice and determintation, once you do there will be many more songs for you to learn. The same is true when you start to learn irregular and power chords. You can never get worse with practice. Also your fingers with hurt until they callous(sp) over and/or get used to the strings. Try to mix up the type of playing, make sure to incorporate not only chords but picking and plucking too, in order to develop the skills needed to reach the next learning curve.

everyone learns different just work switching the c and g back and forth til u don't even have to think about it.
