concentrate on keeping your embouchure (the position of your mouth) the same. take a deeper breath using your diaphragm before you start the note.
Just keep blowing more air into it. It sounds like your a beginner, so if you do some breathing exercises you should be able to expand your lungs and hold out your breath for a longer time in order to hold out a note on the clarinet.
