Can't really be that specific here....there's too many pieces for post-grade 8. Try the Rachmaninov preludes, Chopin's variations, Bach toccatas, preludes and fugues (the more difficult ones), Mendelssohn preludes and fugues, Schubert impromptus and sonatas, Mozart and Beethoven sonatas, I can go on and on. What you may want to do is pick up a copy of the ABRSM diplomas syllabus at your local music stores/music schools, or go take a look at the diploma syllabuses on the ABRSM website. They list down pieces which are appropriate for all 3 diploma levels: DipABRSM, LRSM, FRSM. You should be looking at the 1st level, that is, the DipABRSM repertoire. Find pieces that you like from there, and learn them. When you master them you can even choose to take the DipABRSM exam. My personal favourites (though they aren't included in the diploma repertoire list) are Glinka's Variations on the Theme "Nightingale" and Balakirev's piano transcription of "The Lark" (a Russian romance originally composed by Glinka). Those 2 are some of the most beautiful pieces in the solo piano repertoire.
The William Tell overture!
try something by tchecovsky ( i butchered that name sorry)
Here are some songs that I really like, they are of a pretty high level, so I think they'd be great for you.

Marcia Alla Turca - L. Beethoven
Maple Leaf Rag - S. Joplin
Le Coucou - L. Daquin
Piano Sanota No.15 - W. Mozart
