Have you ever felt that you were meant to do great things artistically speaking?

Question:'just' started happening, w/connections, opportunities then recognition?
I've always felt this way about myself and then stuff 'coincidently' starts coming my way, REALLY GOOD things too!
Was wondering if other artists [any type of artist] always had that 'intuition'/belief as well, like you were just meant to be known on some level for your artistic expression

Keep it up! Artists aren't like other types of people, we're 'called' to do what we do for a reason. If you feel you're meant to do great things then you have no choice but to start doing them! :)

Yes!!! I have always composed poems in my head and imagined speaking to rooms full of people, even halls and theatres! I also "wrote" loads of songs with all sorts pf subjects but never actually put them on paper. However, I recently picked up a book by Kevan Manwaring entitled The Bardic Handbook ( Gothic Image Productions) and haven't stopped writing and speaking since! Whatever your art is, go and do it! The sense of fulfillment is awesome. I wish I had found this out forty years ago!
