I think it would depend more on your style than your real name. For instance, my real name is Gregory but I go by Gray because it's more fitting. It'd take a long time to explain why it fits, but it does.

I also know a punk rocker named Jason, but he goes by Skee. Oddly enough, it was a very fitting name for him.

Basically, you need to work with your family/friends to tailor one to yourself.

Maybe you could let us know what the band name means and also let us know some additional information about what you are interested in, what your music is about. That way we can give you ideas on a stage name based on what you and the band are about.

How's about "MEAT". just Meat. Or if your into more frill, "Meat-man O'Hara". What could be more manly? Your singer screaming your name as he introduces the band. "AND WE'VE GOT MEAT WHALING ON THE AX!" The guys would say, "man gotta have a lot of balls." The ladies would say "hmmm why meat?" you could say "Because Tommy Lee was already taken." HeHe
