Question:ok i have to type this fast im in a hurry


i bought a vandoren b45 mouthpiece and i think the polish or something wore of the inside is all lines and its very fry, also it smells bad


lastly i used it during marching band and the hot sun messed up the mouth piece what should i do

the affects are that i squeak a bit more than normal and a lot of water comes out when i blow

I can't tell you for sure, partly because I play the Alto Sax and because I can't really tell without seeing it, but the Alto Sax and the Clarinet mouthpieces are kind of similar. My best advice to you though would be to take it to a repair shop or at the least to where you bought it from and ask them to look at it for you simply because they are professionals.
are you sure its not the placement of the reed causing the extra squeeks and water?? If your sure that is not it, the sun could have warped it.... after all they are plastic.
