Play Boulevard of Broken Dreams on guitar?

Question:Well, the things is that my brother is performing in this talent show and he's singing Boulevard of Broken Dreams. The idea is for me to play the guitar part, but I've got a problem. I've only learnt guitar for 2 months so far, but I've got pretty far because I play the piano really well, so I' m learning quite fast. But I need assistance and I don't think my guitar teacher would want to teach me Boulevard of Broken dreams so I'll have to learn it all by myself. But could help me and find a website or something of the sort that will be an aid to me with this? Please, I've only got till November the 10th. Thanks, I appreciate everything you'll tell me.
