I've never seen those numbers before on a Martin, but I'm not an acoustic player anyway.

There is a very knowledgeable and honest dealer here in St. Paul where I live, Willie's American Guitars. You could give him a call. (Yeah, there really is a Willie, but his staff is also very helpful).

Meanwhile check out his website and see if anything under the Martin link looks similar to your father's guitar. I personally wouldn't sell it if it were mine, but I know sometimes you want a good home for things you can't use.
Did you go to the C.F. Martin website? (www.martinguitar.com) They have a search function to enter the serial number. If that's not working, call their 800 number. The Martin factory in Nazareth, PA is quite small and I'm confident that a real person will answer the phone. I bet they get a dozen calls a week like this -- they will be very nice, and helpful!

As a Martin owner, I've not heard of an 0-75 model. Be sure that you're reading the model number correctly.
I don't own a bluebook, but bluebookinc.com would be a good way to get a ballpark figure on that. I do know that vintage Martin guitars are quite valuable if in reasonably good condition. I would hate to see you part with such an heirloom. I own several guitars, but no Martins (I never had enough money to get the Martin I wanted). Sorry to hear about your dad.
For dating the guitar use George Gruhn's guide to vintage guitars. For current pricing it's Vintage Guitar magazine's price guide - vguitar.com
