Question:

Where can I find a published comedic/dramatic monologue on the web?

This is for a tournament and i need to find monologues that have been published. They can be more than one character & it doesn't have to be only females roles. Thank you!!

Otherwise, You might check out the theatre section of your local bookstore. There are tons of monologue books broken down by types and eras.
