Who could perform a Tap dance better? DICK CHENEY or GEORGE BUSH?

Question:

Who could perform a Tap dance better? DICK CHENEY or GEORGE BUSH?

If there was a Tap dance contest where you got Bush and Cheney onstage, and without ANY prior rehersals, which one of the two men would be able to best perform a tap/soft shoe routine to a well known song often used to Tap dance to, like "Tea For Two"?

Also...I'm not talking about a half hearted effort either, but a full out effort to the best of their non-professional abilities, perhaps not as good as Gregory Hines...but who knows?

I'd personally like to see both men Tap Dance to "Puttin' On The Ritz" myself. "Tea For Two" is much too undemanding.
