I bought tickets for me and my partner to see Phantom of the Opera down in NYC for the holidays. I have no idea what to wear to a theatre show. A dress? Slacks and a nice shirt? What should he wear?

Best Answer - Chosen by Asker: My husband and I usually dress up a little when we go to theatrical events. For us, that means a little dressier than Sunday clothes. I'll wear a simple, but elegant black dress, and he'll wear dark pants, a sport coat, and a tie. We could probably go a bit more casual, but I love any excuse to get a great new dress!
