Best Answer - Chosen by Asker: Depending on the quality of the tape, you should be able to tell from a recording what you sound like. Sometimes it's different from what you hear in your head. You also could use a microphone & amp (amplifier, not me, though it is my nickname tee hee!) or one of those karaoke machines to hear yourself through a speaker. I'm a singer/songwriter/guitarist myself. I've always loved singing. My mom says I was singing before I could talk! Don't be shy! Get out there & sing! I bet you sound great! I'm a shy person too but ironically I love getting up on stage! I always get a little nervous beforehand but once I'm up there, I'm home! It can be tough the first time you sing in front of someone but you get used to it. Cheers! amp :) |
