i need to know if anyone knows any good books or websites or anything that i can learn to play th guitar from and i dont know how to play atall

Best Answer - Chosen by Asker: Do you have cable tv? most cable companies offer a service called On-Demand. its a library of pre-recorded movies,previews, programs and educational programs. sometimes you can find music lesson (piano, guitar) programmed in to it...you might also try a "Complete Idiots Guide" or "For Dummies" book as they usually explain things step by step...once you learn a few chords, the best thing to do is play around on your own till you have callouses on your finger tips...it sounds a bit extreme, but you'll never learn the way you probably want to from a book.
