Does anyone know anything about Jacques Albrespic?

He wrote a trumpet piece Lied et Scherzo for trumpet and piano. I was wondering if anyone knew anything about the piece or the composer. I'm a junior Music education major at Murray State University and played this for my sophomore proficiency.
