When does your voice fully mature?

I'm 15 and what to know if vibrato can still come naturally if and when my voice matures, and when does your voice usually mature fully? Oh, and can it be learned or are you just born with it?

In general the higer your voice, within your gender, the earlier it matures.

Soprano's & Tenors - early to mid 20s to early 30s
Altos & Baritones - mid to late 20s to early to mid 30s
Contraltos & Basses - late 20s to late 30s

It also depends upon your voice "type". Light/spinto voices mature earlier than heavy/dramatic voices. And average/lyric voices are somewhere in the middle.

Adult voices start to mature slightly before puberty - the most obvious being the male voice, althout women's voices also change (our voices just don't crack the way some men's do).

Question two, vibrato:

A true, authentic adult vibrato can appear at any time between puberty and the grave. It has more to do with technique than maturity. The most common vibrato mistake is to fake it by moving your chin, jaw, neck, lips, etc. There are some professionals out there who fake it - and it's a shame that they didn't take the time to do ti correctly. Their voices would sound much better. If you don't have a vibrato, find a voice teacher who can help coax it out of you without having you pick up nasty habits. In fact, most "absent" vibratos are due to bad singing habits that need to be unlearned.
