I've got a big program tonight.....details below...?

...and I have stage fright...what can I do to get rid of my stage fright before the program...Oh yea, and I have a HUGE laughing problem, and I need to get rid of that too.

P.S. I'm in 7th grade and only have 30 minutes to get rid of it.

Best Answer - Chosen by Asker: hi there,, i think im a lill late .. but well lemm etell u .. keep telling yourself you can do it and u will do it .. noneed to b scared..and laugh well the best way to hadle tht is dunt look at any1 straight .. tht shud help u greatly .. and yeah just believe you can do it and u will do it .. i hae been on the stage a lot .. i loved teh stage... and still love it ..
