Best Answer - Chosen by Asker: I love it a lot it helps my soul to sing from my heart. I write songs about some "love interest" . It can ease my pain I am feeling if it is about a break up. I call those songs my healing songs.
To sing them mends my heart and heals my soul.
Singing makes you feel at peace with yourself and all around you.
