Best Answer - Chosen by Asker: Which part are you playing?

Edit: why am I getting a thumbs down for that? It would help to know the character! I have taught this play for years in schools and seen it performed on stage several times!

It would also be helpful to know which monologue you are doing. I am presuming it will be Proctor and as his monologues are in court, he cannot move around much but can convey great emotion through voice, angle of head, shoulders etc. The main thing is to remember not to rush a monologue as it is a key point in the play - almost every word demands attention and you need to convey to your examiner that you understand the significance of what you are saying!

I am just a little puzzled though as to why you have left it so late to deal with your performance issues?
