What acting tips can anyone who's competent in acting give me?

Since I am quite crap at it!

Best Answer - Chosen by Asker: Well heres what I can think of right now
1. Don't TRY to be funny. Say your line in a way that may be interpreted as funny
2. Don't turn away from the audience
3. BE your charector, react to the line you are about to say. Remember the person is a person (hopefully) too. Act like a person with their personality traits.
4. Relax and go with your instincts, they are usually right.
5. Do research on whom you are going to play
6. Get involved in as much as you can
7. Breathe and just feel your charector!
8. Almost nothing is right the first time you do it.
9. Be animated and expressive, but not so much that it is unbelievable
10. Do your best and have a ball! Acting is the best!!!
