I know you play them together, but based on the sound of your A string (when in tune), how do you tune the D and E? I know you play them together, but what should it sound like?

Play the A and determine if it is sharp or flat. (If the A is the one in tune, reverse this process). The interval between each string is a fifth. The interval between the first two pitches in Twinkle is a fifth.
