What is cut from "Into The Woods" to make it the "Jr." versi

What is cut from "Into The Woods" to make it the "Jr." version?

I would think you could basically cut off the second act and you'd be pretty close to a kid-friendly show.

Best Answer - Chosen by Asker: Bingo! The second act is completely cut, as are any/all "adult" references. The songs have been shortened and/or simplified and, if I remember correctly, the Narrator and Mystery Man are two completely different characters, again for simplicity and "kid-friendliness."

I saw a friend's son's elementary school do it a couple of years ago and it was a very sweet production. Definately worth looking into, if that is your intent.
