Pulled hamstring?

i pulled my hamstring pretty bad in october last year and all so damaged a nerve when i pulled it
i want to know wether there R any streches that i can do that will help me regain sum flexabilty before febuary because i am doing 3 dance classes break dancing,tap and jazz i am ok 2 dance but i'm limated in my moves coz i could do the splits all 3 ways before and now it's immposseble
PLEASSSSSSSSE help me


Best Answer - Chosen by Asker: When I hurt my legs, I sit on the floor with my legs straight and bend as far over as possible. I make sure that it hurts just a little. also you can spread your legs as far as you can without hurting your self too much, and bend forward to make it strain a little.
