Question:

Does Diaphragm singing still create throat tension?

I realised when I'm singing with my diaphragm I still get tension in my throat. Whats the reason for this and how to correct it?

Thanx

Best Answer - Chosen by Asker: You should be taking the tension away from your throat by supporting below. Try focusing the support below your diaphragm, like a fist is trying to punch itself out of your belly by going down at an angle. If that doesn't work, you should consult with a voice teacher that specializes in vocal pedagogy.
