Even a Community theatre has a right to decide what shows they put on. And they need professionals to put the ideas together, you can't just randomly submit an "idea".

It might be a good idea to have a look at some local amateur theatre groups if you fancy being in something, or a course in scriptwriting if you want your ideas to reach fruition.
