Does anyone know of any websites that tell you how to write some fairly decent free verse poetry?

I'm doing a school assignment where I have to write a free verse poem, and I can't get anything good to come out. I've looked for any sites that tell abotu what kind of process you can do to put out a fairly decent poem, but I can't find anything. I need answers really fast. Before Friday, if you can!

So go on the net and search for really bad poetry (really just type in horrible poetry) and do the exact opposite of what you see there. But here's a plan of action for ya; short,aloof,funny. done.
