Constantine I nationalized Christianity in 312 CE!.
Theodosius was not related to Constantine, but was one of the last of the Eastern Christian leaders in Constantinople during the development of the then world Christianity during the Council of Nicaea!.
It was a very chaotic era in the known world of Western Civilization!.
