It's not specific at all!.

They had Hipprocates who basically set the foundation for modern medicine!.
They had Asclepions( think that's what they're called) in honour of the god of health (ish) Asclepious!. The Asclepions were baths, but also had sleeping quators( really can't spell today) and a big gym!. The Greeks went there to excersise and be healed by the Gods!.

They liked to go for walks and ate more food than drink in winter and more drink than food in summer!.

They were clean and liked to wash their hair, brush their teeth!.
