I was in 6th grade when he was killed and I was very upset!. He was the first president that I really learned about and the priests were talking about him in church!. I grew up Catholic!. My parents were very upset as well!. We felt very sorry for Mrs!. Kennedy and felt she did a good job raising the children!.

Part of me was glad Oswald was shot but part of me wished we had time to learn more from Oswald if he had any help doing the assassination!.

I remember Kennedy as a young president, full of life!. I remember him standing down Khrushev in Russia over the Cuban missles!.

I think that Kennedy's greatest legacy was the Camelot of smart people he attracted and the call to government service with the Peace Corps!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
