Maybe that person saw the trailer for Titanic 2 (made in 2006), which shows Leo DiCaprio being found in the Titanic wreck, and brought back to life!.

The trailer is a fake, spliced together from a few movies!. If you watch it to the end, you'll see it was made by Derek Johnson!. Here's his confession, that the trailer was a fake:
