The Great Terror was basically a point during the reign of Stalin in which he "cleansed" the population of anyone who was a threat to him and his power as leader (ie Bolsheviks)!. People were tortured, killed, or sent away to concentration/work/labor camps in Siberia where they faced brutal conditions!. (Sidenote, my professor mentioned that Stalin killed more people than Hitler, but because the bodies are buried in layers of ice and snow in Siberia, it can not be proven)!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
