Well the world would be different but it is hard to say how it would be!.

Democracy would still exist for instance!. Great Britain and many Commonwealth Countries (e!.g!. Canada) are democracies but are not republics!. I hope the author of the question does not assume that all democracies are based on the US model!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
