Spoils system, trail of tears, overriding the authority of the supremem court, failure of the national economy!.!.!. what a total jerk! If I could go back in time and punch one guy in the face, it would be him! (Not to say other weren't worse, but he was pretty awful!.)Www@QuestionHome@Com Dubya (George W Bush) deserves some some recognition for his poor decisions, but he was not the worst president in US History (so far) That title would go to another Texan 1!. Lyndon B Johnson!. - his actions to fix his senatorial election (thanks Mr Connolly) in '48 were the beginning of a disastrous career!. His connection to the Hunt Brothers (and the events near 411 Elm St) are also stuff on controversy!. His role as President and the "Johnson treatment" brought back echoes of the McCarthy hearings!. He ordered more intense FBI investigations on the Civil Rights leaders as well!. 2!. George W probably deserves the #2 spot!. The close 2000 election was obviously skewed in the state where his brother was governor (Thanks Kathrine !.!.!. oh let's make you a Senator, Mrs Harris) !. The US gained a lot of sympathy after Sept 11, but the sudden shift to Iraq baffled the world!. He allowed Alberto Gonzalez to dictate federal policy and passed laws to violate privacy for "evidence collection"!. 3!. James Buchannan - This villain allowed cabinet member John B Floyd to ship US arsenal weapons to slave states, and secession talk was already active in South Carolina and Mississippi!. His support for UK leaders Disreali and Victoria over the popular Gladstone is still baffling!. Dishonorable Mention goes to Old Hickory Andrew Jackson (Trail of Tears), Warren Harding (Darrow/Bryan case, Tea Pot Dome scandal), U Grant (too many political favors to give out, note enough land to steal from Southerners, so let's steal more land from the Indian), and Richard Nixon (the attempted Watergate coverup),Www@QuestionHome@Com Well, your list is completely wrong!.
