The US leaving Vietnam, thus it falling to the communists!.
MLK and the non violent civil rights movement!.
The Berlin wall coming down, and the implosion of the Soviet empire!.
The development of computers and their miniaturization!.

9/11 and the war on militant Islam!. (Obviously that was in 2001, but the events that lead up to it were in the 80s and 90s such as the Wahhabi schools, and the building of the Mujaheddin in Afghanistan)Www@QuestionHome@Com
