Question: European history topic!.!.!.Please help!!!!?

I have to write an 8 page paper on a topic that I choose!. It has to be European history and between the age of absolutism to the cold war!. The essay cannot be a biography of a person, but it is supposed to be an argument that you can support with facts!. The Enlightenment and the french Revolution seems interesting to me but any ideas will really help me!! Thank you!Www@QuestionHome@Com

I think the Enlightenment is a great topic!. Just narrow it down a little bit and focus on its effects in certain countries only, such as Germany!. Or what philosophical changes did it trigger!? So much to write, you shouldn't really have to worry!. Getting started is 90% of the work!. The rest is easy ;)
