Question: Which German delegate actually signed the Treaty of Versailles, 1919!?
Both Hermann Muller and Johannes Bell arrived in Versailles in April, but which of them (or both!?) actually wrote their signatures!?

Both signed!. They were the first people to sign, but their names are on the last signatures page (11)!. See photograph in source!.

The foreign minister of the Weimar Republic, Hermann Müller and Johannes Bell traveled to Versailles to sign the treaty on behalf of Germany!.
