That phrase is from first line of Lincoln's Gettysburg Address!.

"Four score and seven years ago our fathers brought forth on this continent, a new nation, conceived in Liberty, and dedicated to the proposition that all men are created equal!."

Lincoln lifted it from the Declaration of Independence:
"We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal!.!.!."Www@QuestionHome@Com

Actually, Jefferson plagiarized George Mason's Virginia's "Declaration of Rights"!.

Mason had said originally: "That all men are by nature equally free and independent and have certain inherent rights, "

It was typical of 18th century art to take what others had done and work it into your own works, whether it be architecture, painting or literature!.

The USC does not contain that language in it:

"We the People of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defence, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America!."

No!. It is from the Declaration of Independence, wriiten by Thomas Jefferson!.
