Wow -- you sound like me: very eclectic interests when it comes to history!. It looks like you have everything covered from about 320BC to the 20th Century, and most of the continents, too (North and South America, Europe, Asia, Africa)!. I've read a few of these: Huizinga, Guy, Hutton, and Morison (I'm doing my thesis on early choral music in North America and its origins, so the Morison was particularly interesting)!.
