Mongols did conquer some parts of China, but yes, China as a whole was the last to be conquered!.

Other countries were conquered as a whole before the submission of the Chinese, even though the other countries were attacked later!.

Genghis Khan first attacked and conquered northern China from 1209 to 1211, but not southern China!. Southern China was conquered by Kublai Khan, Genghis's grandson, but not until the 1270's!.
