There have been unhappy historical episodes where many Muslims perished, but these have been in the context of war or famine, not planned genocide!.Www@QuestionHome@Com Certainly, there have been any number of attacks on Muslims, some tantamount to genocidal massacres, over the last century!. The Indian massacres of Muslims in Gujurat in 2002 spring to mind, as does the communal violence of Indian Partition!. Not many of these involve an organised and centralised attempt at a 'cull', as you put it, but there are a few examples of this, too!. The organised violence against Bosnian Muslims in the 1990s should be familiar to anyone of even your feeble intellect!. And many historians now believe that the creation of Israel in 1948 was attended by an attempt to 'ethnically cleanse' the new territory of Palestinians!.Www@QuestionHome@Com |
